He is survived by: his wife Carrie Bing Ballinger; his daughters, Audra Cleveland (Roger) of Lexington, KY and April Ballinger of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Maya Lene'Cleveland, Dorian Evan Cleveland and Taylor Michelle Cleveland; his sister Alberta Blackburn (Richard); his siblings-in-law, Myrtle Barnes (John) and Donnie Bing (Pam); and his close friend Robert Taylor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
