He was predeceased by: his mother Rosetta Hoskins Roark; and his siblings, Kathy Jones, Annette Henderson and Ray Roark Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Roark; his children, Tim Roark (Sammy), Dan Roark (Amanda), Donna Martin (Shawn) and Dorothy Beverly; his brothers-in-law, Ancil, Charles, Doyle Redmond and Marvin Jones; his niece Gina Roark; and also Jerry Partin. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
