He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Wilder and Lizzie Wilder; his wife Glenda Wilder; his brothers, Oscar Wilder and Paul Wilder; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Bolton Wilder (Jeanette Welch); and his parents-in-law, Warren Gene Welch and Juanita West Welch.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Angela Brock (George) and Michael Sheldon Wilder; his grandchildren, Allyson Elizabeth Brock of Harrogate, Cooper David Brock of Harrogate and Colson Alexander Keller of Tazewell; his brother Lonnie Wilder (Helen) of Middlesboro, Kentucky; and his siblings-in-law, Melvin Welch and Louise Woodruff (Reverand Bruce) of Speedwell. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (31 Hurst Rd, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Scott Cemetery (119 Smith Dr, Harrogate, TN 37752).
