He is survived by: his wife Jackie Barton; his children, Criss Ann Maness (Ronnie) of Rutledge, Steve Capps (Christy) of Harrogate and Jenny Gentry (Brian); his daughter-in-law Lahonia Barton of Middlesboro; his grandchildren, Landy Maness Kitts (Parker), Kinsey R Barton, Anna Maness, Baileigh Capps and Addison Capps; his great grandchildren, Ella Rae Davis and David James Maness; and his brother Tommy Barton of Cumberland Gap.
