He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Edward England and Patsy Mahan Gambrel (Bobby); his brother Edward "Eddie" England; and his grandparents, Herman, Edna England, Earl and Ruby Godfrey.
He is survived by: his daughter Brianne Rains; his grandchildren, Maleah Norris, Rylan Norris and Tymier Brooks; his siblings, Randy Earls and Cathy; his brother-in-law Joe Evans; his nephew Bradley Evans; his niece Dr. Rachel Evans Pfister (Charles Pfister); and his close friend Margaret "Beany" Earls.
