He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hayden Murrell and Dorothy Ellen Phelps; his sister Teresa Murrell Dennis; his close friend Robert Rainey; and his pets, Chloe, Razor and Baby (Beta).
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann Murrell; his children, Rebecca Boggs (Chance), Veronica Mullins, Tiffany Mullins, Geneva Mullins and Stoney Mullins (Junior); and his siblings, Eddie Murrell (Kim), Buddy Murrell, Melissa Murrell and Christa Murrell. He is also survived by eight grandsons; three granddaughters; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cawood Funeral Home to help with his funeral expenses.
