She was predeceased by: her parents, Caleb Durham and Effie Durham (Davis); her parents-in-law, Ed and Lorene Guy; her siblings, Marvin Durham and Janice Dillinger; her siblings-in-law, Tracy, Donnie, Leroy, Paul Wayne Guy and Lona Smith; her grandchildren, Dale Steven Guy and Ariana Elena Guy; and her great grandchild Hayden Luke Guy.
She is survived by: her husband Lacy Guy; her children, Debby Maiden (David), Effie Nash (Brad) of Middlesboro, KY, Terri Cosby (Jody) of New Tazewell, TN, Randy Guy (Ann) of Garner, NC and Eddie Guy (Janet) of Rose Hill, VA; her siblings, Herbert Durham (Kate) of Harrogate, TN, Carolyn Daughtery of Harrogate, TN and Lena Treece (Gary) of Cumberland Gap, TN; her siblings-in-law, Wilburn Guy (Vickie) of Middlesboro, KY, Edna Evans of Goshen, IN and Charlene Heck of Middlesboro, KY; her granddaughter Jessica Guy; and her caregiver Jamie Reese.
