It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Ellen Webb of Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on April 16, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe A. Barton and Hester Barton (McCulley); her husband Donald Webb, Sr.; and her brother William Barton (Bill). She is survived by: her son Donald E. Webb, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Sue Webb (Burnett); her grandson Donald E. Webb, III (Stephanie); her great grandchild Lily Maiden; her brother Bobby Barton; her sister-in-law Georgia Barton (Banks); her nephews, Glen and Chris Webb; and her sisters-in-law, Esther Low Webb and Margaret Peace (Barton). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and special friends.
