He was predeceased by: his mother Debbie Jackson (Wooton); his stepfather Bob Jackson; his father Anthony Smith; his grandparents, Kitty Wooton and Don Wooton; his aunts and uncles, Barbara Smith, Tammy Wooton, Pam Howerton, Nancy Maggard, Paul Wooton, Dopey Wooton, Bannie Wooton, Jeff Wooton and Johnny Wooton; and his cousins, Mikey Wooton and Jessica Mace.
He is survived by: his wife Rosey Smith; his children, Dalton Smith, Lucas Smith and Hannah Smith; his parents-in-law, Mitchell Turner and Betty Jo Turner; his aunts, Robin Howerton and Vickie Hamlet; his sister Barb Evans; and his cousins, Amanda Webb, Jessi Howerton, Beth Wooton, Lisa Anderson, Mark Wooton, Paula Michelle Wooton, Andrew Johnson, Kaitlin Herrell, Sherry Young, Megan Young, Ricky Smith, Allen Webb, Josh Partin and Andy Howerton.
