He is survived by: his mother Kathy Lynn Phillips Brooks; his stepfather Rufus Brooks; his children, Justin Higgins, Paul Higgins, Alex Higgins and Chasten Higgins; his brother Michael Higgins (Glessie); his niece Sierra Higgins; his aunts and uncles, Brian Higgins, Bobby Higgins, Glen Brooks Sr., Tina Miracle (Mike), Sharon McAlister (Todd), Kelly York, Kenneth Post (Tony), Andy Phillips and Keith Phillips; his cousin Glen "Slick" Brooks Jr. (Monica); his close friends, Penny Otero and Shane Fuson; and also, Brandon and Braden. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives & many special friends.
