He is survived by: his children, Cecil Hubbard Jr. (Ying), Terry Hubbard (Carolyn), Valerie Buttery (RJ) and Carolyn Nalley (Stan); and his grandchildren, Angela Hubbard, Andrea Ballard, Philip Buttery, Ashley Dalton and Kyndra Hubbard. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, one sister and three brothers.
