He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jacob McCullough and Elizabeth McCullough; his brothers, Tatum and Axton McCullough; his grandparents, Anthony "Red", Shannon McCullough, Eddie Veach and Louella Sexton; his uncles, Travis McCullough (Krystin), Michael Veach, Matthew Veach and Houston Lankford; his aunt Melissa Sue Lankford; and his cousins, Zora, Jax McCullough, Parker and Landon Veach.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations in Case's honor be made to the East Tennessee Children's Hospital, 2018 West Clinch Ave, Knoxville, TN 37916.
