He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Matthew Devalcourt, II and Jacqueline Knotts Norris; and his stepfather Norman Norris. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Powers; his stepchildren, Brenton Powers and Amber Wade (Micah); his granddaughter Aspen Wade; his sisters, Jacinda Norris, Deborah Olson (David) and Amanda High (Brent); and his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Ashley, Nora Kate, Harper, Devon, Christian and Ethan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Claiborne County Animal Shelter.
