She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McBee and Lucy McBee; her husband Kenneth Ball; her brother Franklin Breeding; and her nephew Fred Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Chesney (Randy) of Maynardville, TN, Tammy Partin (Tony) of New Tazewell, TN, Kenneth Ball, Jr. of Rose Hill, VA, Amanda Ball, Otis Ball and Santana of Bristol, TN; her grandchildren, Kenny, Kristen, Chelsea Widner and Brandon Eldridge (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Jackson, Riley, Christian and Adrian; her grandchildren, Chelsea Fultz, Cassidy Fultz, Alex Hoyle and Grayson Holbrook; her sister Jenny Munroe; her nephews, Ray and Jay McFall; and her close friend Lois Bailey.
