He is survived by: his wife Helen Nunn Lewis; his daughter Amy Mize (Dale Wayne); his grandchildren, Madison Mize and Mack Andrew Mize; his siblings-in-law, Shelby Pratt, Faye Cigliano (Jim) and Ricky Nunn; his close friend Haston Ingram; and his friend Renee Perkins.
