He is survived by: his mother Alice Brady Holt; his wife Elizabeth Humphrey Holt; his children, Melody Renee Holt of Mitchellsburg and John Humphrey of Middleburg; his siblings, Beverly Lamb (Jackie) of Mitchellsburg, Rita Thompson (Bryan) of Paint Lick and Douglas Holt (Sonya) of Perryville; and his grandsons, John Carlos Humphrey and William Lee Humphrey.
