He is survived by: his wife Anita June Wethington Wheeler; his children, Jimmy Ray Wheeler of Eubank, Billy Wheeler of Campbellsville, One and Katrina Abrams of Science Hill, KY; and his sisters, Roxie Rice of Middleburg, Violet Smith of Stanford and Naomi Goodman of Liberty.
