It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Price of Middleburg, Kentucky, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl and Daisy Marie Johnson Miller; her husband Jackie D. Price; her grandson Jonathon Daniel; and her siblings, Carolyn Mae Filburn, Gracie Marie Black, Mike Miller and William Jerry Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Godbey (Steve) of Middleburg and Angela Price of Parksville; her siblings, Ina Faye Miller Price (John) of Danville, Wilma Miller Noel (Gary) of Danville, Kathy Miller Janes (Joe) of Taylor County and Randy Miller (Mary) of Florida; and her grandchildren, Josh Daniel, Bethany Lynn, Astarra Hendrix, Amythyst Brown, Calab Daniels and Khris Daniels. She is also survived by twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions the funeral service will be private for immediate family members only.
