He is survived by: his close friend Debbie Jacobs; his children, Scott Mullins of Hermitage, Jimmy Mullins of Colorado, Brandon Mullins of Prestonsburg, Paul Mullins of Paintsville, Kentucky, Kisty Cayse Boyd of Winchester, Melissa Brown of Prestonsburg, Layla Mullins and Swayzie "Jo Jo" Mullins of Melvin, Kentucky; his sisters, Cissy Johnson of Weeksbury, Kentucky and Maggie Johnson of Weeksbury, Kentucky; and his cousin Friends. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren & 1 Great Grandchild; A Host of Nieces, Nephews.
