He was predeceased by: his mother Sherry Mullins Baker. He is survived by: his father Jerry Hurt; his stepmother Sue Ellen Hurt of Weeksbury; his son Raymond James Mullins; and his siblings, Michelle, Charles, Greg, Rodney, Kesh, Crystal and Timmy. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
