He is survived by: his children, Charles Johnson (Misty) of Wheelwright, Kentucky, Sandra Johnson of Melvin, Tammy Smith of Wheelwright, Kentucky and Sebastian Tackett; his grandchildren, Lauralee Hunter, Brooklyn Johnson, Christian Johnson and Kellie Combs; his great grandchild Halldyn; and his siblings, Katherine Collins, Russell Johnson, Vickie Collins, Homer Johnson, Lilly Johnson, Molly Snyder, Sue Bunce, Hazel Wright, Gary Johnson, Carol Lelaham and Bernice Bates.
