She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Ray Johnson; her children, Danny Ray Johnson (Vicky) of Prestonsburg, Timmy Johnson (Jamie) of Wheelwright, Jimmie Lee Johnson (Rachel), Tina Marie Brewer (Tim) of Carlisle and Jonie Lynn Mullins (Greg) of Winchester, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Amber Williamson, Caleb Scott Johnson, Steven Chase Brewer, Alex Gregory Mullins, Skyla Kay Johnson, Chloe Lynn Mullins, Damien Theodore Johnson and Lucas Christopher Johnson; her great grandchild Grayson Carter Williamson; and her siblings, Rudolph Tackett and Jewell Mullins.
