He is survived by: his children, Larry Joe Mullins (Kaye) of East Point, KY, Linda Holbrook (Dennis) of Wheelwright, KY, Kathi Caudill (Keith) of Gallatin, TN and Jan Tackett (Harvey) of Owingsville, KY; his grandchildren, Chris Mullins, Justin Holbrook (Logan), Julius Ryan Mullins (Eden), Jonathan Mullins (Jessica), Jordan Tackett (Jess), Jared Tackett (Mary) and Kory Caudill (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Haley, Olivia, Christen, Brayden, Thea, Remi, JuliOna, Myles, Archer, Annaleigh, Ellis, Henry and Emma; his great great grandchildren, Aurora, Ophelia, Addison, Jordan and Deaven; and his brother Eugene Mullins of Fairborn, OH..
