He is survived by: his mother Helma Hall Allen of Melvin; his wife Carol Hall Allen; his children, Tony Allen (Tiffany) of Melvin, Kentucky and Tabitha Neeley (Greg) of Melvin, Kentucky; his grandchild Taylor Allen; his siblings, Jerry Allen (Jeanice) of Bypro, Kentucky, Debbie Allen (Chuck) of Melvin, Kentucky and Pam Allen of Melvin, Kentucky; and his nephew Friends.
