He is survived by: his children, Justin Caudill of Catlettsburg, Christopher Caudill of Harold, Dalton Mullins of Hi Hat and Carrie Caudill of Ohio; his sisters, Teresa Hall of Hi Hat, Carol Bryant of Weeksbury and Fayetta Johnson of Melvin, Kentucky; and his sons, Cody Caudill and Travis Caudill. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
