She is survived by: her former husband Phillip Mitchell; her daughter Iris Tackett (Patrick) of Melvin, KY; her siblings, Robert Kay Harris (Teresa) of Drift, KY, Reva Anderson (Ruban) of Wolfe Co, Eloise Ward of Bevinsville, KY, Irene Faye Moore (Claude) of Melvin, KY and Charlene Caudill (Glennis) of Melvin, KY; and her granddaughter Natalie Tackett (Chris Dye). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
