He is survived by: his parents, Albert Chaffins Jr. (Bridgett) of Frankfort and Vernie Hall Gibson of Indiana; his girlfriend Hannah Flannery of Harold, Kentucky.; his daughter Tesa Chaffins; his siblings, Jacobs Chaffins of Frankfort, Eddy Gibson of Knott County, Bo Justice of Frankfort, Darren Tackett (April) of Floyd County, Ethan Hall of Frankfort, Kentucky, Jasmine Justice of Frankfort, Kali Underwood of Prestonsburg and McKenzie Underwood of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and his nieces and nephews, Leelan, Karmin, Lilliann, Keegan and Lola.
