She is survived by: her children, Jefferey Scott Johnson (Linda) of Melvin, Kentucky, Mickey Johnson (Becky) of Melvin, Kentucky, Lisa Caudill (Milford) of Wheelwright, Vickey Miller (Mel) of Huntington and Tina Page (Randy) of Melvin, Kentucky; her siblings, David Slone, Willie Slone Jr., Geraldine Johnson and Ruby Johnson; and her nephew Friends. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren & 12 Great Grandchildren.
