She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Spicer and Angeline Turner Spicer. She is survived by: her husband Robert Stamper; her daughter Sheila Compton of Dayton, KY.; her stepchildren, Regina Templeton (Rick), Karen DiNuoscio (Bobby) of Hamilton, Angie Moore (Rob) of Lebanon, OH. and Johnny Morgan of Blanchester, OH.; and her sisters, Coreena Bowling of Canoe, KY, Haney Stamper of Crittenden, KY, Verneda Turner, Theadus Arrowood of Newport, KY, Sarah Faye Edison of Norwood, OH and Angeline Turner (Donnie) of Cold Spring, KY.. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
