She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Maggard II (Robin), Michael Maggard, Sheila Rust (Paul) and Michelle Maggard (Andy Cohen); and her brother Charles Govan Jr. (Suzanne). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
