He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Holler (Jason) of Shelburn, IN and Jason Howard (Jessica) of Cape Coral, FL; his sisters, Charlotte Hosick (Russell) of Smithland, KY and Darlene Crawford of Burna, KY; his half-brother Rodger Dale Howard (Pauline) of Calvert City, KY; and his grandchildren, Campbell Holler, Rylee Holler, Chloe Holler, Liberty Lewis and Griffen Howard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
