In the vast expanse of eternity, Judith shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Judith farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Porter Gibson and Ida Mildred Gibson (Womble); and her daughter-in-law Melanie Hays. She is survived by: her husband Truman Gene Hays; her sons, Bruce Kent Hays (Amy) of Melber, Kentucky, Gene Dale Hays (Jill) of Melber, Kentucky and Greg Todd Hays (Renee) of Melber, Kentucky; her sister Wilda Hubbard of Lone Oak, Kentucky; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Hays. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
