She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Evans and Stella Trevathan Evans; and her siblings, Louise Evans, Alice Meyers, Virgnia Brewer and Billy Evans.
She is survived by: her sister Virginia Brewer; her former husband Delbert Mullican; her daughter Linda Mullican Apperson of Melber; her husband Harold Cheatham; her grandchildren, Annette Clarke (Jeff), Mike Apperson (Paula) and Karen Burnett (Stan); and her siblings, Betty Holder of Benton, Lawanda Long of Madisonville, Kentucky, Robert Evans of La Cenetr and Blanton Evans of Bardwell, Kentucky.. She is also survived by her nine great grandchildren; her 15 great great grandchildren.
