She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Milligan and Virginia Milligan (Willett); her husband Coy M. King; and her siblings, Wesley Milligan, Floyd Milligan, Vernon Milligan, Avis Watkins, Beulah Milligan, Vada Bowers, Rutha Orr, Oretha Seat, Morene Smallwood and Lorene Atwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry King of Fort Gibson and Karen Brown (Randy) of Sapulpa; her grandchildren, Amber Hunt (Brian) of Fort Gibson, Valerie Morgan (Andrew) of Tulsa, Jeremy Stolp (Jenny) of Muskogee and Michael Brown of Sapulpa; and her great grandchildren, Sonya Hunt of Fort Gibson, Azro Hunt of Fort Gibson and Jenna Stolp of Muskogee. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested making donations in Rosetta's name to Eastern European Mission (eem.org).
