He is survived by: his brother Thomas Thompson (Debbie) of Olive Hill, KY; his aunts, Ernestine Stanley of Meta, KY and Eunice West; his uncle Thomas Reynolds of Cape Coral, FL; his nieces, Jessi Thompson, Lindsey Thompson and Terra Moore; and his nephew Thomas Thompson. He is also survived by cousins & close friends.
