She is survived by: her children, William Albert Rowe of Jeffersonville, James Earl Rowe Jr. of Means, Patricia Ann Amburgey of Frenchburg, Anthony Wayne Rowe of Means, Michael Clay Rowe of Means, Kevin Lewis Rowe of Means and Ruth Ann Rowe of Salt Lick; and her siblings, Deloris Brooks, Ed Brooks, Delbert Brooks and Elmer Brooks. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
