He was predeceased by: his parents, John Polly and Peggy Ann Howell Polly; his son Aaron Polly; and his sister Linda Polly. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Polly (Tondra) of Dorton and Logan Polly (Hayley) of Keavy; his brother Johnny Polly; and his grandchildren, Lexie and Braelyn Polly.
