She is survived by: her children, William Smith (Jennifer Ann) of Cowan, Shirley Lucas of Neon and Crystal Smith of Owensboro; her siblings, Bruce Eldridge, Jr. of Blackey, Jeff Eldridge of Ohio, Sally Hall of Blackey and Etna Caudill of Jeremiah; and her grandchildren, Damian, Dakota, Kaye, Nathan, Makayla, Debralynn, Olivia, Kirby, Haley, John and Jace.
