He is survived by: his wife Ruby Banks Maggard; his children, Jeff Maggard of McRoberts, Michael Maggard (Crystal) of McRoberts, Carla Smith of Neon and Kim Haynes (Michael); his sister Faye Fultz of Norton; and his grandchildren, Stacey, Brittnei, Josh, Kayla and Lindsay.
