He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Newton and Thelma Newton; the mother of his children Jackie Marcil Newton; and his siblings, Wilma, Dolly Mae, Harold, Roy, Therman, Robert, Ron, Glen and Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Newton of McQuady, KY; his children, Michelle Lass (John) of Michigan and Darron Newton of Wisconsin; and his siblings, Dolly Nadine Presley of Illinois and Jim (Phyllis) of Indiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that memorial donations be made to the Good Samaritan Center in Hardinsburg, the Breckinridge County Animal Shelter, Breckinridge Health of the charity of your choice.
