She is survived by: her husband Ralph; her children, William "Billy" Phillips (Chasity) and Betty England (late Jim); her grandchildren, Ashley, Casey, Lindsey, Leah and Jared; her brother James Wren; her sister-in-law Betty Carter; her brothers, John Neves, Robert Carter and Phillip Carter; and her son-in-law Jim England. She is also survived by 8 great- grandchildren and one due in May; a nephew.
