He is survived by: his siblings, Virgil David Campbell of McKinney, Gary Dean Campbell of McKinney, Ethel Marie Coffman (James) of McKinney, Mary Catherine Elliott of McKinney, Dollie Ann Brown of Hustonville, Kentucky and Shirley Rose Campbell of Hustonville, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
