Billy Brown Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy Brown of McKinney, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Billy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Billy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Brown and Eunice Mason Brown; and his wife Mary Jo Brown. He is survived by: his daughters, Melisa Brandenburg (Jeremiah) of Stanford, KY and Sharon Jo Allen (Greg) of Nicholasville, KY; his sister Nona Naylor of Danville, KY; his grandchildren, Michael Zachariah Brandenburg (Shelby), Michaela Jade Gooch (Lukas), Carlee Jo Allen and Carson Scott Allen; and his great grandchild Madelyn Grace Brandenburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Green River Pentecostal Church (7337 KY-698, Hustonville, KY 40437). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
