He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lloyd and Reba Hillard Fulkerson; his sisters, Janet Schneider and Debbie Allen; his son-in-law Brian Addington; and his grandchildren, Briley and Brinley Addington.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Jessie Fulkerson; his children, Terrell Chad Fulkerson (Renee), Jennifer Addington and Andrea Williams (Adam); his sisters, Starr Grinstead (Jeff) and Brenda Powell (Robert); and his grandsons, Jacob Fulkerson, Andrew Fulkerson, Jake Williams and Owen Williams.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bevil Bros. Funeral Home (226 Louisville Rd, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
