He is survived by: his wife Linda Jessie Fulkerson; his children, Terrell Chad Fulkerson (Renee), Jennifer Addington and Andrea Williams (Adam); his sisters, Starr Grinstead (Jeff) and Brenda Powell (Robert); and his grandsons, Jacob Fulkerson, Andrew Fulkerson, Jake Williams and Owen Williams.
The family asks that expressions of sympathy to take the form of donations to the Gideons.
