He was predeceased by: his wife Lillie Louise Likens Perry; his son Bruce Perry; and his siblings, Charles Lake Perry, Truby Perry and Wilma Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Dortha M. Boling Perry; his children, Emmett Perry (Anita) of Paducah, Phillip Perry of Beaver Dam, Steven Perry (Phyllis) of Hartford, Calvin Perry (Sheri) of Bartlesville, Regina Benson of Beaver Dam and Sue Peech (Ron) of Hartford; his stepchildren, Sherry L. Alvey, Robert Boling of Valparaiso, Stephen Boling of Calvert City and Michael Boling; and also Lillie.
