He is survived by: his parents, Bill Frazier and Rosemary Justice Frazier of David; his daughter Shea Frazier of McDowell; and his siblings, William Frazier of Prestonsburg, Sherry Hager, Lora Sherman, Kimberly Meeks, Chrissy Frazier and Trisha Frazier. He is also survived by his wife and parents.
