She was predeceased by: her father Isaac Spears Jr.; her husband Ronnie Hitchcock; her daughter Anna Hitchcock Slone; her grandson Brandon Heath Slone; and her siblings, Jimmy, Jeffrey Spears, Lillie Collins, Emma Bentley, Violet Bentley, Linda Mullins and Loretta Spears.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Hitchcock, Alma Tackett (Danny), Tonya Farmer (Oss Jr.) and Carolyn Hitchcock Derossett (Lisa); and her siblings, Johnny Spears, Mary Moore, Mazie Hamilton and Glenda Sue Stumbo. She is also survived by several grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
