He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Williams; and his wife Ruthie Gunnels Williams. He is survived by: his mother Madge Williams; his daughters, Maranda Stumbo (Robbie) of Fort Myers, Chelsea Slone (Richie) of McDowell and Megan Slone of McDowell, Kentucky; his siblings, Terry Williams (Tami) of McDowell, Kentucky, Sharlene Meade of McDowell, Karen Herald (Mike) of Prestonsburg and Stacy Salisbury of McDowell, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Lyle Stumbo, Wesley Stumbo and Maleah Stumbo.
