He is survived by: his wife Bessie Huff Howell; his children, Rodney Ershell Howell of McDowell, Joseph Cline Howell of Minnie, Kentucky, Jennifer Howell Kendrick of West Liberty, Sarah Little of Hi Hat and Christy Hall of McDowell, Kentucky; and his siblings, Jerry Howell, John Howell, Donnie Howell, Abe Howell Jr., Tina Kendrick, Linda Light, Melissa York, Lora Howell, Rhonda Robinson, Rachel Hall and Nancy Slone. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren.
