He was predeceased by: his parents, Newberry Moore and Joyce Meade Moore; and his brother Sammy Meade. He is survived by: his children, Orville Glen Tackett (Lisa) of Georgetown, KY, Bridget Hall (Justin) of Maytown, KY and Patricia Wright (Jeremy); his siblings, Bethel Tackett (Sharon) of McDowell, KY, Betty Mullins (Terry Gayheart) of McDowell, KY and Avilene Collins of Hi Hat, KY; and his grandchildren, Sam, Abby, Alissa, Bailey Casey and Dustin. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
